With over 40 years’ experience in financial services, Simon has worked as a financial planner and held several senior leadership roles, including Managing Director of multiple financial services businesses and running his own consultancy. Simon lives in Cheshire with his husband and their large family of dogs. Outside of work, he enjoys farm life and is currently undertaking another major house renovation project.

Minesh is Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Radiant Asset Management, bringing over 23 years of investment experience. Before joining Radiant, he served as Global Head of the Discretionary Business at HSBC Wealth Management and as a Director at Coutts. Minesh oversees the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of Radiant’s asset management arm. Beyond work, Minesh enjoys football, skiing whenever possible, and spending time with his wife, two teenage children, and their dog.

Peter is an Investment Manager with over nine years of experience in the investment industry. Before joining Radiant, he spent six years at Octopus Investments as an analyst and portfolio manager. Peter is a CFA Charterholder and supports investment research, portfolio management, and client servicing across the team. Outside of work, Peter is highly competitive and enjoys a range of sports, including golf, table tennis, badminton, squash, snooker, and darts.

Mihir is an Investment Analyst supporting the team across model management, investment research and performance reporting. He holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Birmingham. Detail-oriented and analytical, Mihir is passionate about understanding markets and contributing to strong investment outcomes. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and watching football and keeping active through regular gym training.
