With over 40 years’ experience in financial services, Simon has worked as a financial planner and held several senior leadership roles, including Managing Director of multiple financial services businesses and running his own consultancy. Simon lives in Cheshire with his husband and their large family of dogs. Outside of work, he enjoys farm life and is currently undertaking another major house renovation project.

Greg is Operations Manager for Radiant Platform Management and brings 13 years of experience in investment platform operations. He has held a variety of roles across several major platforms and joined Radiant in September 2022. Greg is focused on shaping and refining the platform’s proposition to meet the evolving needs of planners and clients. Outside of work, Greg lives in Edinburgh and enjoys spending time with his energetic toddler.

Amy joined Radiant in 2023 as a Senior Operations Analyst, bringing over six years’ experience in operations across leading investment platforms and financial services firms. She works closely with adviser teams and technology partners to deliver Radiant Platform Management’s technology solutions effectively to clients. Known for her collaborative approach and operational insight, Amy plays a key role in driving process efficiency. Outside of work, she enjoys live music, keeping fit at the gym and spending time with friends.

Joanne is an Investment Analyst at Radiant Platform Management, bringing experience from client services roles within financial advisory firms. She began her career through Aegon’s school leavers programme in 2018 and joined Radiant in 2024 to broaden her expertise within the investment platform sector. Joanne enjoys combining her technical knowledge with a focus on client experience. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her two young sons, who keep her happily on her toes.
